  • No — unless you choose the Premium Hybrid plan or want in-clinic injections. Our Basic and Medication plans are completely online through telehealth.

  • GLP-1 medication is included in the Medication ($199/month) and Premium Hybrid ($399/month) plans when medically appropriate. Your provider will coordinate your prescription through a licensed pharmacy.

  • Most patients complete their free evaluation and see a provider within 24 hours of signing up. If you are in Southern California or Maryland, in-clinic visits can often be scheduled within the same week.

  • Yes — there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

  • Our providers prescribe GLP-1 receptor agonists including semaglutide and tirzepatide, when medically appropriate. All medications are dispensed through licensed pharmacies.

  • Yes — we have bilingual staff at several of our California clinics. Contact us to confirm availability at your nearest location.

  • Membership fees are not billed through insurance. However, we accept Affirm, Klarna, and CareCredit for flexible financing. Some laboratory testing may be covered depending on your plan.

  • If your provider determines that GLP-1 medication is not appropriate for you after your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your first month’s membership fee. Your health and safety always come first.
